MP John Weston, MLA Joan McIntyre and Mayor Greg Gardner, on behalf of the District of Squamish, invite you to a community celebration of the Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Governments' investments in the health, safety, and the community of
Squamish as part of the Building Canada Fund Grant- Communities Component.


On September 24, 2009, these three governments announced they would together accomplish infrastructure projects including replacing the Garibaldi Highlands water pump station, Government Road trunk sewer main construction and improved flood
protection along the Squamish Dyke. This level of cooperation has been unprecedented. The Mayor, Councillors, MLA and MP have come together to work hard for the best interests of Squamish. The results have paid off.
