Major change in the weather pattern this weekend... snow and bitterly cold Arctic air to spread through the BC Interior.

Affected Regions:
All of the British Columbia Interior.

A low pressure system crossing the interior will bring snow to much of the area beginning Thursday night in the Central Interior and spreading southward Friday. After the low moves into Alberta bitterly cold arctic air over northern BC will spread southward Friday night. Strong winds will produce very low windchills and flurries as this arctic front moves southward. Environment Canada may issue weather warnings as the storm approaches.
