Property owners can now claim their Home Owner Grant online. All you need is your roll number and access code located on your Property Tax Notice.

Home Owner Grants must be claimed by the Tax Due Date (July 4, 2011) to avoid a 5 percent penalty.

You will not receive the grant if you fail to fully complete the application form either electronically or on the back portion of your Tax Levies – 2011. 

Resident property owners will receive a confirmation number that the claim has been received electronically.

Staff will attempt to contact owners by telephone or email, if the claim is not acceptable. It will be up to the property owner to reclaim the grant, correctly and by the due date of July 4, 2011.
