Anyone wishing to be placed on an agenda to address Council or a Committee may apply by delivering a request in writing to the Manager of Administrative Services before 12:00 noon on the Tuesday preceding the week of the meeting. Delegations are contacted after the Agenda is finalized to confirm if scheduled or referred to a committee or future meeting. Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday at 7:00pm, Special Council meetings are held at other times as required
